Μελισσοκομία Κέας-Κωνσταντίνος Θώδος Μελισσοκομία Κέας-Κωνσταντίνος Θώδος melispathi.blogspot.com Σ’ ένα μικρό σημείο του χάρτη, εκεί στο νότιο τελείωμα της Βαλκανικής Χερσονήσου, καθώς ενώνεται με τα πελάγη της Μεσογείου, σχηματίζονται τοπία ασύλληπτης ομορφιάς. Είναι ο Ελληνικός τόπος, με τις μυθικές βουνοκορφές, τις κατάφυτες βουνοπλαγιές, τις μικρές εύφορες πεδιάδες, την πολυποίκιλη βλάστηση, τις δαντελωτές ακρογιαλιές και όλα αυτά με φόντο έναν καταγάλανο ουρανό. Σάββατο 2 Απριλίου 2016 Γυρη : Διατροφικη αξια - επεξεργασία - αποθήκευση    Πριν από δυο χιλιάδες χρόνια περίπου ο Αριστοτέλης στην παρατήρηση των μελισσών έβλεπε την κίτρινη σκόνη στα σώματα τους καθώς και τους μικρούς κίτρινους σβώλους στα πόδια τους και πίστεψε πως αυτό ήταν η πρώτη ύλη για την κατασκευή των κηρηθρών και το βάπτισε κήρινθο. Σε μερικά νησιά των Κυκλάδων την γύρη έστω και ελαφρά παραφρασμένη, ακόμη και σήμερα την ονομάζουν κεράθι. Εικάζεται ακόμη πως χάρη εκείνης της ονομα...
