merianne's milepost skip to main | skip to sidebar Friday, January 27, 2012 Grandma comes to visit Grandma J. came to visit us this past week and it was so fun having her here. We didn't do too many exciting things as we were tending to babies the whole time, but we were able to get away one afternoon and go downtown to the butterfly exhibit at the Natural History Smithsonian. David was in heaven the whole time! David's favorite part about having grandma come was the time he got to spend with her every morning. Dan and I were so tired in the mornings so when David woke up, we sent him down to grandma. She made fixed him breakfast and they played trains for several hours until Dan and I could get our lazy butts out of bed. Grandma and David eating together! And here's just a random picture of my cute babes! Whenever they're by each other, Thomas always tries to eat Emily's head. It cracks me up!
