We decided to explore the Tres Rios Wetlands and then make a quick stop at JCPenney. When we arrived at JCPenney, we were surprised to find the store still closed at 9:30 am. The store hours are posted indicating when it should be open. To pass the time, we went to Big Lots and returned to JCPenney once it opened.
