Σε μία έκταση 600 στρεμμάτων στο Πλέπι Ερμιόνης δημιουργήσαμε έναν πρότυπο ελαιώνα βιολογικής καλλιέργειας με 10.000 ρίζες ελιές, οι περισσότερες από αυτές υπεραιωνόβιες. Η αγάπη για την καλλιέργεια της ελιάς μας ώθησε στην αναζήτηση και εφαρμογή εναλλακτικών τρόπων καλλιέργειας που διασφαλίζουν την παραγωγή ενός προιόντος υψηλής διατροφικής αξίας με σεβασμό όμως για την υγεία των ανθρώπων που φροντίζουμε. Η βιολογική καλλιέργεια στο «Αγρόκτημα ΠΛΕΠΙ» συνδυάζει την παράδοση με την σύγχρονη γεωπονική γνώση. Κατά την διάρκεια της καλλιέργειας δεν γίνεται χρήση χημικών λιπασμάτων και φυτοφαρμάκων.
