I’ve made it a whole week without a drop of alcohol! I’m sure I’ve went seven days without drinking before, but this week has been much different than any other break I’ve taken. It’s hard to describe, but I’ll try. Let’s get the not-so-fun stuff out of the way. The first few nights I slept horribly. I thought this was odd because I normally sleep great any night I don’t drink. I’m guessing the sheer amount of drinking I did the two days prior really threw me out of sorts.
