My day starts at 6:50am to 7am each morning and 9 times out of 10 I will feel rough, extremely fatigued, and frustrated because even though I’ve just slept for 7.5 hours and I feel no benefit of having sleep. I suffer from fibromyalgia and M.E having both invisible illnesses is hard to live with its like having the flu 24/7 It is not a pleasant illness there are many other people who suffer with it but will have different symptoms which can vary from brain fog ( memory loss ) unexplainable pain anywhere in the body.
