I know it has been ages since I have posted here and as the gardening season progresses, I think I will do a bit more. We are less of an urban vegetable farm now, as we are no longer raising animals. There is, however, a debate going on in the house about getting laying hens again. Anyway, on to the post. Every year I make up a food preservation plan, which is an overarching pantry plan, really. I keep the previous year’s plans so I can see what I planned before, what I actually achieved, and what I might want to do more or less of.
