between psychosis and hysteria skip to main | skip to sidebar between psychosis and hysteria 「我願意立地指天，向這個大得不可收拾的城市宣稱——我現在是一頭完整的野獸」 20.1.12 必要的逆流 排山倒海關於內地人在香港巴士上開枱吃橙、在醫院打邊爐、在街頭小便拉屎等片段，上千人聚集在尖沙咀某名店外示威抗議，再加上本地評論人出書論述香港自治等，情緒一下子成為了許多香港人行事思考的火車頭，身份問題也彷彿成為了香港的焦點。 若然對身份的提問，只是建基於對他人的不滿及憤怒，未免太過單薄。例如許多人都懂得的二十世紀初納粹反猶，上世紀七十年代末戴卓爾夫人上台後妖魔化黑人單親母親等，以排斥外來者來凝聚某種民粹式的「人民」，操作上都是把社會種種問題歸究於特定的人種或社群。問題不僅是生產動輒得咎的代罪羔羊，更大的問題是倒是這無異於製造集體幻覺，彷彿代罪羔羊一旦被徹底消滅後，社會便會一片光明。亦即是，若香港沒有財大氣粗的自由行，沒有霸佔醫療資源的孕婦，也沒有帶著無限現金來香港炒樓的內地富豪，香港就會是仙境一片的地方嗎？換個問法，三四十年前的香港，就是烏托邦嗎？ 或許香港人由六七十年代的艱苦拼搏，進入到八九十年代的歌舞昇平，再到回歸後急轉直下處處要靠內地政策拖捨和接濟，情緒大上大落之間都忘記了思考和反省的重要性和滿足感，幾十年以來也不過是當下感覺的囚徒。 有些論者認為，反對反蝗虫論者都是懦弱無能，無法提出具爭議性的政策主張，無法envision一種必需置身於歷史不穩定而具行動力的框架來協調論述和實踐。這種說法有對也有不對，對者是必需膽思考，而不流於無力的批判以至於批判的批判；但不對的也是，政策主張就是終極的思考嗎？從政策的角度來思考，是否又假設了有一些政策是能夠妥善解決目下的問題？世界或社會有所謂「和諧」或「美滿」的彼岸嗎？是否有甚麼政策是有如神諭般能把香港人帶到應許地？在思考能放諸社會實施的政策的同時，也許同樣需要讓否定性（negativity）的原則保持活力。再進一步說，這裡需要的不是政策（或實踐）與思考之間的對立和二選一，而是如何在不把某種烏托邦物化的前提下，保持兩者的張力。 如果這樣說抽象得令人髮指，近日讀二十世紀日本思想家竹內好的文集，其...
