Shutterstock.com / SeventyFour) Kilka lat temu trafiła w moje ręce książka "Daremność i nadzieja" Andrzeja Perzanowskiego, z której się dowiedziałem o działającej znakomicie w Polsce już sto lat temu psychiatrycznej opiece rodzinnej. Polegała ona na tym, że szpital psychiatryczny w Choroszczy koło Białegostoku przekazywał pacjentów pod opiekę wiejskich rodzin. Efekty okazały się znakomite.Psychiatryczna opieka rodzinna działała z powodzeniem nie tylko na Podlasiu, ale także na Wileńszczyźnie. Ale nie była polskim wynalazkiem – pomysł przyszedł do nas z zagranicy.
