Przed zakupem prosimy o dokładne zapoznanie się z treścią Regulaminu sprzedaży abonamentów postojowych za pośrednictwem sieci Internet. Biuro Strefy Płatnego Parkowania przy ul. W. Reymonta 20 czynne jest w dni robocze: poniedziałek-wtorek w godz. 10:00-18:00, środa-piątek w godz. 8.00-16.00. Z dniem uruchomienia sklepu ulega zmianie forma i sposób zakupu abonamentów, obecnie nie ma możliwości ich zakupu za pośrednictwem adresu: abonamenty.spp@zdmk.krakow.pl. Wszelkie informacje dotyczące sprzedaży abonamentów przez e-sklep udzielane są pod numeremi tel.: 12 616 7482,12 616 7483 (w godzinach pracy biura Strefy Płatnego Parkowania) lub mailowo: abonamenty.esklep@zdmk.krakow.pl.
