No dia 10/06/2025, a Receita Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul, informou por meio do seu Portal que está ciente das instabilidades e lentidão nos sistemas de débitos e no aplicativo GIA, que podem impactar a geração de Guias de Arrecadação (GAs) e a transmissão da Guia de Informação e Apuração (GIA). A Receita Estadual ressalta que as equipes responsáveis estão trabalhando para identificar e solucionar a causa dos problemas o mais breve possível. Enquanto o sistema está em manutenção, os contribuintes são orientados a tentar novamente em outro momento. A Receita Estadual reforça o compromisso com a transparência e pede desculpas pelos possíveis transtornos causados, colocando-se à disposição para eventuais esclarecimentos.
