THE SOLUTION Design and Print at our Axminster unit and expert installation We were given a basic idea of what the client wanted their signs to look like. We recommended they be made from aluminium, a weatherproof material which stands the test of time. This was agreed by the client prior to production. 3mm aluminium was chosen and powder-coated white to match Air Control Industries’ brand colours. The graphics for the gateway signs were printed at our site in Axminster and applied by ourselves in our workshop to ensure a flawless finish. For the fence sign, it was decided that the best solution would be to create a sign with a large, blank area on it where a semi-permanent vinyl could be installed on top. This would allow the client to change the message on the sign quickly. The signs were installed by ourselves on site. We used fence fixing kits to secure them.
