 現在進行中の現場では、和風の伝統的工法を用いた家づくりが進んでいます。写真は建て方の様子。機械に頼りすぎず、木組みの技術で柱と梁が組み上げられていく姿は、まさに日本の建築美の原点とも言える風景です。
 
 
 この家の大きな特徴は、天然木を生かした「丸太の大黒柱」。長い年月をかけて育った木の表情をそのまま残し、あえて加工しすぎずに仕上げています。年輪や節、木肌の凹凸には、自然素材ならではの迫力と温もりがあります。
 
 こちらは構造材の準備風景。一本一本、手刻みにより加工されています。機械で大量生産されるプレカット材とは違い、木のクセや収縮を見極めながらの作業には、熟練の職人技が光ります。
 
 
 
 
 現場には、すでに加工を終えた梁や柱、貫（ぬき）材などが整然と並んでいます。すべてのパーツに記号が記され、建て方当日には迷うことなく組み上げが可能。まさに「木のパズル」です。
 
 🌲 木と共に生きる家づくり
 
 大量生産では得られない、一本の木の存在感と、職人の手のぬくもり。この現場では、そうした“本物の家づくり”を丁寧に進めています。
