Der Entwurf des Nationalen Energie- und Klimaplans (NECP), den die Bundesregierung der EU-Kommission übermittelt hat, liegt vor. Die Bundesregierung zeigt weiterhin keine Motivation aus der Kohle auszusteigen, lediglich diese auslaufen zu lassen. So sollen im Jahr 2040 in Deutschland noch immer die Hälfte der heutigen Kohleverstromungen laufen und mehr als 620 Millionen Tonnen CO2 ausgestoßen werden. Dies passt ganz klar nicht zu den deutschen Klimapflichten und ist somit ein weiteres Beispiel für die ambitionslose deutsche Klimapolitik, die es mal wieder nicht schafft, die eigenen Ziele zu erreichen.
