There hasn’t been a major Arrowverse crossover since Crisis of Infinite Earths wrapped up over a year ago. But it sounds like The CW is ready to start bringing its many costumed characters together again, starting with the next season of The Flash. According to Deadline, the first five episodes of The Flash’s eighth season will be treated like an event, with several other heroes sharing the screen with Grant Gustin’s Scarlet Speedster. The CW CEO Mark Pedowitz shared this news on a press call about the network’s fall lineup earlier today.
