 Il 17 aprile 2025 a Conferenza Stato-Regioni ha approvato in via definitiva il nuovo Accordo Stato Regioni che ridefinisce durata, contenuti minimi e modalità di erogazione dei percorsi formativi obbligatori in materia di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, ai sensi dell’art. 37 del D.Lgs. 81/2008. L’Accordo è stato pubblicato sabato 24 maggio 2025.
 L’obiettivo principale è accorpare, aggiornare e armonizzare i precedenti Accordi, armonizzando il quadro normativo ed elevando il livello di efficacia della formazione.
 Ecco per macro punti -non ancora esaustivi - le novità.
 
 Tra le novità più rilevanti si evidenzia:
 - Unificazione degli Accordi preesistenti in un unico testo normativo ed abrogazione dei precedenti Accordi.
 
 - Ridefinizione della durata e dei contenuti minimi dei corsi ...
