 Atrialaiset osaajat 
 Kliseesanonta tuo ”muutos on pysyvää”. Sanontaa voi tarkastella monesta näkökulmasta ruoka-alalla. Jos katsotaan historiallisesti, suurin muutosvoimia patoava tekijä on, että ihminen yleensä syö joka päivä. Jos ei syö, niin kyseessä on joko hätätilanne tai hyvinvoinnin seurauksena kertynyt vatsakumpu ja tästä seuraava painonpudotusvedonlyönti tai muu hassutus. Rooman valtakunnassa oli käytössä termi iantaculum (aamiainen). Tällä aamiaisella syötiin rieskan tapaista leipää, kanamunia, juustoa ja hedelmiä. Toinen ruokailu oli cena tai prandium (lounas / toinen aamiainen), jolloin usein toistettiin aamupalan aineksia isommilla annoskoilla. Illalla nautittiin cena tai ves...
