Czterogodzinny Scrum Master to nazwa prezentacji, jaką wygłosiłem w 2016 roku na Agile By Example. Blog #białko to idealne miejsce, żeby przypomnieć myśl przewodnią tego wystąpienia. Czterogodzinny Scrum Master Ta „chwytliwa nazwa” została oczywiście zainspirowana popularną książką Tima Ferrisa „The 4-Hour Workweek„. Moja kontrowersyjna teza głosi, że dobry Scrum Master nie powinien pracować (z zespołami) więcej niż cztery godziny w tygodniu. Nie wynika to z tego, że dobry SM jest leniwy, ale raczej pragmatyczny. Jeśli zaś faktycznie zna się na rzeczy, to będzie w stanie zarazić zespoły entuzjazmem, zaszczepić wiedzę o Scrumie i pokazać im korzyści płynące z tego podejścia. A one, gdy zobaczą po co to wszystko robią, wcale nie będą potrzebowały Scrum Mastera, żeby efektywnie działać.
