Tablica Scrum (ang. Scrum Board) to jeden z wielu elementów Scruma, o których nie znajdziemy wzmianki w Scrum Guide. Jest jednak na tyle popularny, że nie można go zignorować. The Scrum Board Tablica Scrum, znana również jako Scrum Board, to narzędzie wizualne używane przez Scrum Team do zarządzania pracą w trakcie Sprintu. Jest to dosłownie „tablica” – zawieszona na ścianie (polecamy korkowe) lub dostępna online, na której zespół może śledzić postęp prac nad wymaganiami (Elementami Backlogu Produktu) lub zadaniami. Na tablicy Scrum zwykle znajdziemy kolumny, które reprezentują różne etapy pracy nad zadaniami (np. „To Do”, „In Progress”, „Done”), ale zespół może dostosować tablicę do swoich potrzeb, dodając nowe kolumny, takie jak „In Test” czy „Blocked”.
