Investigadores y científicos trabajan sin descanso para desarrollar un compuesto antiviral en investigación para tratar el SARS-CoV-2, causante de la actual pandemia por coronavirus (COVID-19), para encontrar una vacuna para prevenir la infección, y evaluan otras terapias con potencial para ayudar a los pacientes infectados a luchar contrar el virus.
