HELLO PRIMARY 2! During the past weeks we learnt and explored about something really important:Healthy and Unhealthy Food We began by learning about different types of food, specially fruits and vegetables and we sorted them into two categories:Healthy food: Fruits, vegetables, nuts…Unhealthy food: Sweets, chips, sugary drinks…The students shared their opinions about their favorite meals and snacks, and how many pieces of fruits and vegetables we should eat per day.We have also discussed simple healthy habits, like drinking water, eating balanced meals, and staying active with exercise and sports.Check the following videos with songs we have learnt together!We encourage families to watch them together and discuss ways to make healthy choices every day.
