The award was announced on April 24, 2025, as part of Administrative Professionals Day. The BEE “(Be Excellent Everyday”) Award honors medical office assistants (MOAs) and patient service representatives (PSRs) who demonstrate integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect and excellence in patient care. Nominations for the award come from patients, patients’ families and fellow staff. Below is an excerpt from the nomination for Ms. Serifou.
