Mai 28, 2021 Der Ginseng-Guru, der Gebirgswald, die Wurzel und ihre Superkräfte Ich schwelge ja unheimlich gerne in schönen Erinnerungen. Mir wird dann immer ganz warm ums Herz. Vor allem, wenn ich an den Mai 2017 zurückdenke. Vor vier Jahren, fast auf den Tag genau, wandelte ich das erste Mal auf den Spuren des seltenen Waldginsengs. Genauer gesagt wanderten wir, Team GINZAI, durch die Gebirgswälder im Südwesten Südkoreas. Denn hier wächst die Königin der Heilpflanzen in vollkommenem Einklang mit der unberührten Natur. Nahezu unscheinbar (wenn sie nicht blüht) im schützenden Schatten der Laubbäume und für das Auge des Laien kaum erkennbar. Da war es hilfreich, dass unser deutsch-koreanisches Trüppchen (nebst Dolmetscherin) von Anh-Doc Yung angeführt wurde. Er ist unser Waldginseng-Lieferant und Ginseng-Guru. Man könnte ihn...
