Wymagania techniczne komputerów Zawiadomienie o Egzaminie radcowskim 2024 Ogłoszenie o egzaminie radcowskim w 2024 r. Minister Sprawiedliwości na podstawie art. 361 ust. 9 i art. 362 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 6 lipca 1982 r. o radcach prawnych (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1166) w porozumieniu z Krajową Radą Radców Prawnych wyznacza termin egzaminu radcowskiego dla osób, które odbyły aplikację radcowską i otrzymały zaświadczenie o jej odbyciu oraz dla osób, o których mowa w art. 25 ust. 2 ustawy o radcach prawnych, tj.: 1. doktorów nauk prawnych, 2. osób, które przez okres co najmniej 4 lat w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 lat przed złożeniem wniosku o dopuszczenie do egzaminu były zatrudnione na stanowisku referendarza sądowego, starszego referendarza sądowego, asystenta prokuratora, asystenta sędziego lub były zatrudnione w Sądzie Najwyższym, Trybunale Konstytucyjnym lub w międzynarodowym organie sądowym, w szczególności w Trybunale Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej lub Europejskim Trybu...
