O PÓLEN DAS CORUJASCompartilhe esse postHoje quero falar sobre um projeto lindo e muito importante que acontece em 45 municípios do Estado de Pernambuco: o programa Mãe Coruja. Implantado há 15 anos pelo Governo do Estado, o programa social é referência no Brasil e no mundo, já foi premiado pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) e pela Organização dos Estados Americanos (OEA) e desenvolve ações para reduzir a mortalidade materno-infantil.
 E para falar sobre o Mãe Coruja, a escritora, cantora e contadora de histórias Carol Levy escreveu um livro lindo: “O Pólen das Corujas”, ilustrado por Terciano Torres e publicado pela Cepe Editora. Ele conta a história de um grupo de abelhas que, ao visitar o Sertão, fica assustado com o tanto de mamães corujas e filhotinhos que morriam naquele local. Porém, algo chamou a atenção das abelhas: mesmo com muita tristeza, as corujas continuavam vivendo suas vidas.
