The reasons why companies conduct these surveys are many. One of them is that this provides them with data to analyze issues and the overall environment in the organization. By being able to analyze, they are also made aware of the potential problems that could arise in the future thus giving them the opportunity to nip it in the bud. Conducting surveys also helps in deciding what changes are to be made in the company to increase the efficiency of its employees.
