title

Why do my mutual funds display 0.00% change?

excerpt

content

When dealing with Mutual Funds, many financial websites display the previous day's closing price throughout the day. The prices are updated after the closing bell each day when the mutual funds report their prices.  At that point, the % change will be displayed until the opening of the markets. During market hours the change is 0%, because the price will only change once the mutual funds report it at the end of the day.
