 1) DNS problemi;
 Dns problemi alan adı hatalı yönlendirildiğinde yaşanmaktadır.
 Dns problemi olup olmadığını anlamak için;
 http://www.intodns.com sitesine girip kutucuğa alan adınızı yazınız.
 Bu sayfada siteniz ile ilgili dns bilgilerini görebilirsiniz.
 Nameserver (ns olarak anılacaktır.) kayıtlarını kontrol ediniz. Eğer alan adını yönlendirdiğiniz ns'ler ile hosting'inize ait ns'ler aynı ise alan adı yönlendirmeniz de bir problem yoktur.
 Alan adı hatalı yönlendirildi ise hosting'inize ait doğru ns'leri öğrenip o ns'lere yönlendirmeniz yeterlidir.
