W Finlandii zobaczyłam, że nauczyciel jest partnerem w procesie edukacyjnym i na każdym etapie rozwoju, bez względu na to, czy jest idealnie, czy nie, czy uczeń radzi sobie, czy nie. Polski system jest inny, bo obarcza się w nim nauczyciela za błędy ucznia. Nie słucha się go, tylko ocenia jego pracę wyłącznie pod tym kątem.
