 Können Aktionäre ihren Schaden im Rahmen des Insolvenzverfahrens der Wirecard AG geltend machen? Um diese grundsätzliche Frage wird im Moment vor dem OLG München gestritten. Die Fondsgesellschaft Union Investment hat den Insolvenzverwalter der Wirecard AG, Michael Jaffé, auf 243 Mio. Euro verklagt.
 
 Vom Ausgang dieses Pilotverfahrens hängt ab, ob auch die anderen geschädigten Wirecard-Aktionäre einen grundsätzlichen Anspruch auf Schadenersatz aus der Insolvenzmasse haben.
