New Evidence Confirms Efficacy and Safety of Our High‑Power Triple Wavelength Diode Laser

excerpt

content

Facial hair removal on darker skin types has long been a challenge in aesthetic practice. Traditional single‑wavelength diode lasers often require reduced fluence to avoid complications, which limits results—especially when treating very fine, lightly pigmented hair on the face. A recently published clinical study in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology has shown that Sinclair’s high‑power triple wavelength diode laser (810, 940 and 1060 nm) delivers excellent outcomes in these challenging cases, with an impressive combination of efficacy, safety and patient comfort. Study Design The single‑centre retrospective study, led by Dr. Anuj Pall and Dr. Gregorio Viera Mármol (Sinclair), followed 23 Asian patients with Fitzpatrick skin types IV and V who had fine or less‑pigmented facial hair. Treatments were carried out using the Primelase 4000 W triple‑wavelength applicator in stamping mode with fluences between 18–24 J/cm². Each patient underwent 6–11 sessions over several months. ...
