Uppsögn (afskráning) léna komin á vef Nú er hægt að segja upp léni með því að fara á Mín Síða, velja lénið og ýta á "Uppsögn" hnappinn. Við þetta er sendur tölvupóstur á tengilið tétthafa lénsins og þarf hann að fylgja vefslóð sem kemur í tölvupóstinum til þess að staðfesta beiðnina. Við þessa breytingu er ekki lengur hægt að segja upp léni með tölvupósti eða með bréfi, ef tengiliður rétthafa er ekki viðlátinn til þess að staðfesta uppsögn. Fyrst þarf að skipta um tengilið rétthafa og sér hann svo um afskráninguna. Allir tengiliðir léns nema Zone-Contact geta óskað eftir afskráningu léns en aðeins Tengiliður Rétthafa getur staðfest uppsögnina.
