Chinese exile and billionaire Miles Guo (also called Ho Wan Kwok and Guo Wengui) was arrested this week in New York as the FBI and a New York US attorney (and the DOJ) are accusing him in a twelve-count Indictment. And conveniently, while the FBI was still raiding Guo’s penthouse, a fire “mysteriously” broke out and reportedly caused serious damage.
