Backup
 Nemulțumiți de viteza de backup/restaurare a R1Soft, am căutat alternative atât comerciale cât și Open Source în vederea îmbunătățirii acestor aspecte. Deși poate pentru utilizator viteza de backup nu reprezintă un factor de interes direct, viteza de restaurare este crucială pentru repunerea cât mai rapidă a elementelor unui cont indiferent că e vorba de mail-uri, date din site sau baze de date. De această viteză depinde în cazul elementelor site-ului și al bazei de date, perioada de nefuncționare a unui site.
 După verificarea mai multor alternative am implementat ca soluție Bareos. Aceasta este o soluție software open source complexă pentru backup/restaurare. Prin utilizarea acestei soluții am reușit să micșorăm semnificativ timpii necesari efectuării atât a copiilor de siguranță cât și a repunerii acestora.
