I took the week off from writing. It’s not like there isn’t much to talk about - far from it. The finance world gets more and more interesting every week. But I am taking some vacation next week and I spent most of my time this week getting prepped for that. So instead of wasting your time with a half-assed blog, I am just going to share the best youtube videos I know: Bill Gurley’s Runnin’ Down a Dream Speech. Bill might be the GOAT VC Investor. Hell, he might be the best investor of his generation. Every time I listen to this speech, I learn something new. I recommend carving out at hour of your time and watching this, it will be worth it. Even if you aren’t an investor, this is just good stuff. My favorite tweet of the week:Kelvin Liu @getakliuToday I discovered Japanese skateboarder Isamu Yamamoto.
