 Manitoba Releases New Information on the Use of Excess Soil

 The Government of Manitoba has released a new bulletin, outlining the use of excess soils as fill materials.
 
 The information bulletin “… provides information on the methods and protocols considered best practice by Environment and Climate (the department) for the handling and disposal of excess soil generated at a source location reused as backfill material at a receiving location. Additionally, these same considerations are suggested to be utilized when excess soil is to be reused at the excavation site.”
