2018 : Prêts pour le changement ? Mon voeu pour 2018 et les années suivantes ? Que le monde du travail prône ces valeurs : Solidarité – Partage – Engagement – Authenticité – Ethique – Transparence – Bienveillance Utopique ? Peut-être… Mais je fais partie de ceux qui pensent qu’il n’y a pas de grande réalisation qui n’ait d’abord été une utopie. Et quand je vois comment évoluent certaines entreprises, ou quand je vois les personnes (indépendants / salariés) qui sont capables de déplacer des montagnes pour faire passer ces valeurs, alors j’ai confiance dans l’avenir. Pour aider à construire ce nouveau monde du travail, en 2018, Umana continuera à avancer avec 2 pôles, complémentaires l’un de l’autre : Un premier pôle dans lequel j’aide chaque personne, actrice de sa vie professionnelle, à révéler sa véritable valeur, par de l’accompagnement individuel ou des ateliers en mini groupes.
