 Fruto de trabalho da ABIMAQ em conjunto com a Secretaria da Fazenda e Planejamento do Estado de São Paulo e demais entidades, foi publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado em 05-08-22 a PORTARIA SRE Nº 54/22 que altera a Portaria CAT 26/10, e dispõe sobre a apropriação e utilização de crédito acumulado do ICMS.
 Referida portaria visa simplificar os procedimentos de apropriação do crédito acumulado para os contribuintes do Estado de São Paulo e que estão classificados no programa “nos conformes” nas categorias A+, A e B.
