 Para finalizar mais um ano de trabalho juntos, foi realizado na ABADS, uma confraternização com todos os funcionários. Foi feito um café da manhã na quadra da Instituição, onde todos puderam saborear e interagir em si. Logo após o café da manhã, a sra Rose Amorim, presidente da ABADS, reuniu os funcionários no teatro da Instituição e em seu depoimento agradeceu a todos pelo trabalho e dedicação que tiveram em mais um ano, e prestou uma homenagem com um vídeo da retrospectiva de 2018, mostrando a participação deles nos eventos, palestras e todos os trabalhos que foram realizados na ABADS. Eles ficaram felizes e agradecidos. Na oportunidade os novos colaboradores disseram que a ABADS é um lugar de aprendizado e tem acrescentado não somente no profissional, mas também na vida pessoal deles. Neste dia também foi oferecido um almoço comunitário para os funcionários e sorteio de alguns brindes e presentes.
