 Ilekroć w niniejszej instrukcji stosuje się określenie: - BIP - oznacza Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej, utworzony na podstawie ustawy o dostępie do informacji publicznej (Dz. U. z 2001 r. Nr 112, poz. 1198.) oraz rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 17 maja 2002 r. w sprawie Biuletynu Informacji Publicznej (Dz. U. z 2002 r. Nr 67, poz. 619), - podmiot - oznacza dysponenta niniejszej podmiotowej strony Biuletynu Informacji Publicznej o nazwie jaka jest zamieszczona na stronie głównej. MENU Podstawowym elementem, niezbędnym do pozyskania informacji zawartych w BIP, jest menu główne. Wyświetlane jest ono na każdej stronie serwisu w lewym panelu ekranu.
