Technika polega szybkim stworzeniu produktu, który idealnie wpisuje się w aktualny trend rynkowy i zaproponowanie go sieci handlowej z całym ryzykiem po stronie producenta. Takie produkty muszą mieć modny skład jak i wygląd. Najczęściej najpierw są testowane na tzw. IN-OUT`ach a później trafiają na półki.
