Wyceny poszły w dół i są obecnie poniżej wieloletnych średnich. To oznacza dobry czas dla inwestorów. Którą branżą powinni się zainteresować przede wszystkim? W 2022 roku zrealizowano niemal 350 transakcji, to o 18 proc. więcej niż w roku poprzednim, a jednocześnie najwyższa statystyka od 2010 roku. Średnia liczba przeprowadzonych transakcji w latach 2017-2022 w Polsce wynosi 256, co daje jedną transakcję na dzień roboczy.
