Jeśli minie termin w którym należało uregulawać należność, pojawi się czerwony dzwoneczek z ilością dni jakie upłynęły (przy dacie w kolumnie Termin płatności). Po kliknięciu w dzwoneczek możemy wysłać przypomnienie, wezwanie do zapłaty lub zlecić dokument do windykacji. Jeśli dokument zostanie opłacony możemy zmienić mu Status na Zapłacono.
