World in the World 世界里的世界 World in the World 世界里的世界 爱上了乌龟，才赫然发现原来自己其实就是一只乌龟。在自己的壳里头，原来还有个别人看不到的世界 ：） Search (powered by Google) 自定义搜索 Saturday, January 05, 2019 2018年净资产总结 2018年对许多投资者而言不是什么好年，两个月前我的股票投资总结也预示了今年的净资产总结不可能太好看。 自2013年开始记录净资产以来，六年里，净资产第一次呈负增长。不过感到欣慰的是幅度没有想象中的严重。2018年最后一天的净资产相较于2017，缩水了近5.84%。负增长的主要贡献者毫无悬念，来自于股票投资，减少了17.6%。其次则是汽车的贬值，这个是没办法的事，世上应该没几辆车是会升值的吧？最后的贡献者来自房产的微跌，经历了近4年的熊市，房产的跌势已经有所放缓，不过看来房产的大熊还不会那么快离去，接下来几年房价应该还会下调一些。 薪金收入是抑制2018年净资产跌幅的唯一凭借。公积金存款上升了近20%，是2018年的唯一亮点。而每个月的存款则算入股票预备金里，拉低了股票的跌幅，不过净资产计算的结果是一样的。 2018年的收入和生活费都较2017年有所增加。薪金可以算是收入的唯一来源（投资所得不算进收入），较2017年增加了7.3%。由于去年加薪只有4%，所以额外的3%应该是来自2017年花红增幅。生活费方面，则是增加了6%，感觉还是满意的，毕竟2018年去了一趟新加坡，而且许多东西其实比GST取消之前更贵了。 2019年说实话，感觉也不会太好过。美国总统是个大奇葩，马来西亚新政府是个小奇葩，有他们在，变数实在太大。虽然说他们的政策长期来说可能真的是对国家好，但是短期真的很难去乐观；更别说他们很有可能完全是乱来的。 希望大家2019年，都能心想事成吧。 Posted by wcheow at 10:42 AM 0 comments Email This BlogThis!
