反抗压迫 反抗压迫 自由不会由压迫者自愿送上门；自由必须由被压迫者去争取。 Saturday, February 27, 2021 疫情对多数儿童所造成的影响   疫情对多数儿童所造成的影响   新冠肺炎于在 2020 年导致 190 多个国家的 16 亿学生的学习受到影响 [1] 。根据今年 1 月期间发布的联合国教科文组织（ UNESCO ）报告，目前全球约有 8.25 亿的学生受到影响。而马来西亚的学生也同样遭到疫情的冲击。   尽管远程学习（ Distance Learning ）备受多国采用，包括我国的教学目前亦采用远程学习。然而，远程学习需要依赖充足的资源和条件，才能够达到相对优质教育（ Quality Education ）的效果。这些重要的资源和条件包括了：优质网速、高覆盖率、完善的硬体设备以及一定的电脑操作常识和技术，缺一不可。一旦远程学习缺乏优质网速、高覆盖率、完善的硬体设备或电脑操作常识和技术，优质教育将沦为无效教育，甚至是变成劣质教育。   目前，许多中下阶层父母或家长在远程学习上，仅提供手机予孩子上课。一些缺乏硬体设备的教师也是用手机进行教学。加上我国网速的不稳定及低素质，导致教师在班控方面面对空前挑战。举例而言，有的学生不是听不清楚，就是不断问“为何听不到”而打断教师的教学。种种局限都进一步影响了教师的情绪，有时进而导致教师被迫责骂过于吵闹的学生。我国的远程学习常充斥着吵杂的声音或断断续续的声音。以上种种无效或劣质远程学习，将影响教师和学生的心理健康。加上由于许多学生皆有戴耳机上课，各种吵杂的声音也势必影响学生的听觉健康。除此之外，基于长期使用手机上课，学生们的视力健康亦相当容易出问题。   此外，当学校停课而进行远程教学时，家长需要兼任辅导职责，辅导或监督孩子在家的学习不掉队，这对家长来说并非易事，对双薪父母来说是尤其困难，对于受教育程度和资源有限的家庭来说更是艰难重重。学校的关闭对医护人员家长也增加了另一股巨大的压力。学校的停课已经冲击了医护人员的工作和心理健康。医护人员将面对艰难的抉择，最终他们将面对缺席医疗机构岗位或者缺席孩子的课业。除了医护人员，其他父母在学校停课下还需要长时间工作，也在儿童的看护方面埋伏累积了许多心理健康问题。这些问题将给我国的未来带来高昂的经济成...
